While there may be a nugget here or there of value, overall, the “book” if you can call 52 minutes a book is advertised to sell to the writer when really it is a hodgepodge of self-help with a lot of bad music that plays between each idea being presented. Pity there aren’t more guided exercises, but a great starter for the newbie.
