I also maintained a regular exercise schedule with 30 – 40 minutes on an elliptical trainer twice a week and one weekend hike of more than 1 hour in duration per my normal exercise schedule. If I was working an 8 hour shift and I knew I had to make all my food for the day before going out to work, I would schedule a full hour beforehand to prepare everything, plus wash the minimal dishes. Refresh and try again. I bought the book in part for the 17 soup recipes and the smoothie and snack recipes.
I loved the combination of raw sauerkraut and capers! Books by Ani Phyo.
No wonder my weight has been climbing since I began eating raw vegan over 9 years ago. I’ve read all of Ani’s other books and have tried recipes here and there but have found it difficult to transition to a raw or mostly raw diet. I also maintained a regular exercise schedule with 30 – 40 minutes I was vegan who ate very little grains or pasta before trying this diet. Only downside is that our 4 year old wasn’t a fan, so no cleanse for him just yet.

She focuses on regularly checking in with your emotions during the program, and so you feel that she is with you there every step of the way. I would think that the 15 day food meal plan program, itself, would be quite daunting for the average person entrenched in a lifestyle of the Standard American Diet to face. That blsat never happened to me when I went vegan years ago in fact, I gained a lot of weight.
My goal for this plan is to follow her recipes exactly unless and ingredient is unavailable.
As an ex-vegetable hater, I can attest to that. But as far a recipe creativity and information goes, I’d give it a 5 stars. The plan is simple: So, this brings me to the topic of time management for the 15 Day Fat Blast Program.

I have followed the plan without the expensive SuperFoods. Each recipe also has an additional item to add for either an additional cleansing, thermo, or super power effect. Kathy and I spent about an hour prepping for this phase.
Ani says her test subjects lost an average of lbs in Phase 1. This book is not yet featured on Listopia. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. I’d recommend this to anyone who thinks eating vegan or partially raw is difficult or overwhelming.
Her language is fun and invigorating. I have to be honest and fess up that I ate some raw granola on Day 1, and had a small glass of wine, but I still lost weight.

All the ingredients are fresh, whole, raw, and vegan. I think what was intimidating to me was the whole proposed process of putting all these foods together, multiple times a day, to blxst creative dishes that I was not so used to eating. On a side note:
